This guide will take you through the set up process, weekly data entry requirements and demonstrate how to access and interpret your reports.
Sample Reports
CellarDoorMETRICS® gives you the ability to compare your Cellar Door’s performance with other cellar doors in your region, state and nationally, as well as run reports unique to your cellar door.
Click here for a sample Summary Report for a cellar door. This report provides data from your own cellar door and associated facilities as well as comparartive data for your region, state or country as a whole over a timeframe selected by you.
Click here for a sample Event Report for cellar door sales. This report can be configured to show either sales or visitor numbers over a time frame selected by you alongside a listing of relevant events / holiday periods to reveal any possible correlation between them.
Click here for a sample My Cellar Door Report for all sales categories. This report shows you trends in sales, visitor numbers and sales per visitor for your cellar door over a timeframe selected by you.

Tally Counters
Manual tally counters (often referred to as ‘clickers’) are a useful tool for recording the number of visitors you receive each day. A basic model is available free of charge from the Winemakers’ Federation of Australia. To order, please phone (08) 8222 9255 or email your request to
